Scrambled Eggs and Black Beans with Ranchero Sauce

Start your day with a savory, flavorful classic. Chef Jen’s ranchero recipe is an aromatic Mexican sauce made of tomato, onion, chilis and spices. Paired with real scrambled eggs, black beans and cilantro, Good To-Go’s Ranchero Scramble can be enjoyed wherever your adventures take you. The included dried plantains, added after rehydrating, give this breakfast a nice crunch!

Cooking Directions

X Tear pouch open and REMOVE oxygen absorber and plantain chip pouch.
X Add 3/4 of a cup (175ML) of BOILING (yes, boiling) water to bag.
X STIR and reseal. HANG OUT for 10 minutes. Think about how big the universe is.
X OPEN. ADD PLANTAIN CHIPS. STIR AGAIN. EAT. SMILE.
X Rehydration will take LONGER at higher altitudes.
